‘From the classroom to the boardroom’. The Brown Collective (TBC) founded in 2016 by Managing Director, Dr Stephen Brown. TBC is a global consulting company based in Brisbane that specialises in supporting the education sector in leadership formation, strategy, policy, and implementation to sustainable cultural change. TBC works nationally across Catholic dioceses, Independent and State education systems. Dr Brown is also Chair of the Trustees of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) and Deputy Chair of the EREA Council.
