Conference timings - Please note that the conference formally commences at 8.30am on Wednesday 20 August and closes on Friday 22 August at 1.00pm (with the exception of the Dylan Wiliam full day workshop which ends at 3.30pm on 22 August).

Delegates that are not local to the Cairns area are encouraged to stay the Tuesday evening and are able to pickup their lanyard at the conference registration desk on the afternoon of Tuesday 19 August between 3pm - 6pm.

For $499, you’ll gain access to over 70 keynote presentations, panel discussions, masterclasses and workshops – available to watch from anywhere, anytime.

The on-demand ticket provides three months* access to explore a rich library of professional learning content centred around our theme hope, anchored in faith, with streams focused on Faith, Excellence and Access. It also includes access to presentations from our headline speakers – Sr Nathalie Becquart xmcj, Prof Dylan Wiliam, Dr Steve Constantino, Dr Simon Breakspear and Dr Jordana Hunter.

The on-demand ticket will be available shortly after the conference concludes – so you can watch, reflect and revisit sessions at your own pace.

All in-person delegates will have access to the on-demand sessions as part of their registration.

*Please note: due to speaker agreements, a small number of presentations will only be available for one month’s access and Dylan Wiliam’s full day workshop will not be recorded.

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

Special rates are available for Catholic school parent representatives and Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns transferrable tickets (codes will be sent via Catholic School Parents Australia or Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns).

If you are planning to submit an abstract for consideration, please refrain from registering to attend the conference until your abstract has been accepted. Abstract presenters will be entitled to a discount on full conference registration tickets. Successful applicants will be informed well before the early bird deadline.

Group booking invoices are to be paid by 31st March 2025 to claim the early bird rate, standard registration fee’s will apply after this date.

Experiences, Workshops, registration add-ons

Pre & Post Conference Experiences, Workshops and other registration add-ons can be added and selected through the normal conference registration process. If an experience or workshop needs to be added to an existing conference registration, please contact the conference organiser by email to 2025ACEC@conferencenational.com.au.
